The CIEH Training Skills in Practice course covers the following topics;
Role and responsibilities of individuals in relation to their training
Understanding appropriate training and learning approaches in a specialist area of their choice;
Planning skills in relation to training including lesson plan development;
Motivation and inclusion of delegates and understanding of how people learn;
The use of different training assessment methods and the need for record keeping.
All successful delegates will receive a CIEH Training Skills in Practice course certificate
